i copied a recipe from a place in the city. i use chicken stock instead of water and add shredded turkey neck and thighs with it as well then when u smash em add a lil butter makes them creamy af. great vid!

i associate food w/ love. as a family growing up we had very little money. what we did have was food & 2 parents willing to cook daily. this video brought tears to my eyes. the best things in life are simple food & love! thank you AB for sharing your time w/ all of us

Personally i think for a cajun dish it's gotta have the holy trinity (green peppera, onions and celery) so i added that to mine, used a turkey sausage because i'm trying to lose weight and chicken bone broth
