Winter is still here, but flowers can still begin creeping up from beneath the snow! And the beautiful little crocus flower is one of them! But you don't need the real deal to have the beauty on your cake (or just for you if you like to keep them around 😍)!
You can make them out of sugar! Because we can make any flowers out of sugar (or gum paste, flower paste, etc.... you get it)!
If you're curious, my flowers are flexible in this video, because Im using my flexible flower paste.

In India i get very few gum paste brands. You know which one is widely available and be suitable in humid conditions?

Thats a great question, but unfortunately I don't know. I work with my own homemade flower paste because it does great in humidity and I can always adjust to how I need it to perform. But because of that, I don't know store bought gum pastes very well. I'm sorry I couldn't help. If ever you're interested, my flexible flower paste course is linked in the description.

I don’t know if I missed something but I didn’t see the list for the colors and where to purchase them. Would it be possible to provide them?

No, you didn't miss it. I just don't have it linked. I never link colors because it can be any color you like, and some brands aren't available in all countries or even available from their site (they go through other sellers). For this flower I used is Claret by Sugarflair. If you'd like that color exactly you'd have to find a reseller as they don't sell directly. 💖

Could you possibly do a video on irises from start to finish I make my own homemade clay and I'm making flowers out of it by hand using the techniques of yours and other people's to create the flowers for my handmade cards
