You can and you will do this diet!!!! It will become your way of life. There’s a girl I met on Mike’s Creators Spotlight Show, she has a channel called That Crohn’s Chick. She does live videos all the time. You may find somethings helpful there, or not. Heck she may let you be a guest!!!

In the description you say you are going to talk about the hardest thing you have ever had to “voluntarily” take part in. This doesn’t sound “voluntary” to me. It sounds like it’s something you have been forced to deal with. I wish you well man and hope this diet works for you.
