You're lucky they shipped your exhaust pipes in a box. I ordered full exhaust for my S3 from UK and they shipped to Kenya as bare pipes with a shipping label taped on. Luckily they arrived unscathed. But fumbling around in my gravel driveway to install them I managed to get a piece of gravel in the pipe and now I have a lovely jingle every time I start up the Landy.

I truly have been watching the Binky. Again! I started it all over because it takes so blody long 😂

Plug in and unplug the battery in the makita charger to change the tune it plays when the battery is plugged in/finished charging.

Project Binky ain't got nothing on Aaron Cake who has been working on his Mazda Cosmo in Canada for about 12 years now. I don't know if I'm allowed to point this out, but just soldering a new larger OD end on the vacuum pipe, without adding the extension, would have allowerd you to use "any old hose" instead of a 40 year old NOS part. It's great to see it running!

If you plug in and out the Makita battery several times on the charger you can change the jingle that plays at end of charge. One of the jingle slots is blank so you can turn it off. There is even a Für Elise and others, lol.

When you started the engine @ 47:25, I saw that one of the rubber hoses (near the Carb, down & to the left) would slowly move when you gave it some gas. Just in case you missed it. Emberton are great, have bought quite a few bits off them - had Charles call me up from his own mobile to check I was OK with a substitution they had to make once. That's customer service.

While waiting for you I have had to watch an Australian rebuilding a S1 - can you just imagine? HE is a kicker, biter and a spitter. You sir, are dangerously close to becoming a rivet-counter. Currently my dads 1983 110 v8 county is being comletely restored. I have followed this series since the beginning and reccomended the series to my dad a few years back i'm pretty sure its's the reason ours is getting restored. Absolutely love your video's btw, keep it up!!

A new Croker Land Rover video will never fail to stop me in my tracks and drop everything else.

I put a new old stock oil pan on my 1950 Chev 6cyd. It had a pin hole that was paint over, I did not see this, and 10 miles into my first drive it let loose. So new pan will come off and get repaired. Lucky me. Thank you for the contact
