@BabyTron_SB *to anyone still getting error after the firmware update* ---->>>> keep pushed the two big blu buttons on the zen and plug in the computer with the miniUSB cable (back port) than release. It will perform a hard reset. Let it do what it has to do than you ll be fine.

And to add, if it still doesn’t register when you plug in. Unplug, hold both big blue buttons at the same time then plug in with cable on the right. Problem solved.

Use a downgraded firmware. Then reset the zen app, try to use on console that way. If you are on PS5, it’s a lot more difficult right now because Sony is attempting to launch their own product line

You need to press and hold the reset button BEFORE plugging in your device to the computer. You do not need the side USB port you need to have it plugged in from the top.

Anyone having issues with "device not found" I had the same issue and was able to fix it by using a different USB port in my laptop. Even though both connect, one is considered primary and recognized it.

if you have a PC you can borrow or use...try that. Usually, its something to do with the strength of the usb port, in this case. You can also try hooking up both the cables at the same time and hitting the reset button on the bottom

Im using zen studio through remote play. It works fine but during the game i got this error e3002 then my controller stopped working.. i will have to unplug it from the zen studio and plug again to work again. And the issue keeps repeating plz plz help me with that. I can only play for 2-3 minutes then the error pops up again.

Did you hold the little button on the bottom for 3 seconds? It should pop up after that.

@@karloslopez9139 alright check it out. Attach the zen with the shorter cable (12 in cable) to the computer. If you have a lap top, use the most powerful USB port or it may not be able to read the zen device. After you have their tool on your computer, connect the zen with the shorter cable, then hold that little button for 3 seconds. If that doesnt work, i think you may have to try it on a different computer, preferable a PC. Let me know soon!

Doesn’t work I can’t escape e3002. I done this 30 times. The second I click the “play button” I get the error. I even get the error when I reset device to factor. I am not empresses with this device and company to which offers no support. Thank you for trying to help with my issue.

@@CronusChronicles okay so after the requested firmware option to choose on the chronus pro manual guide. I first turned my ps5 on and then plugged ps5 controller on bottom left port then pressed the mini button at the back of the zen device. After that I pressed pshome to get my connection. Then! I used a third party controller (ps3 nacon) and connected it to the left side of the port. Here is the trick! As soon as I connected the nacon I quickly pressed the ps5 controllers home button ASAP to regain the connection. Once you have the connection back to your ps5 controller on the ps5 you are good to go! This sequence will need to be rinsed and repeated everytime you turn off and on the ps5. It’s not a big deal once you get the sequence going. Been doing this since I last commented for help and found my way of getting it going. If it works for you and you make a tutorial video please please give me a shout out for my channel 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

there were some server side issues yesterday. Try again when you get a chance. There is a trouble shooting page you can look at on the forums that might help a bit.

This device is crap... how do you get errors day 3 of having it most videos do nothing to explain and when they try things dont make sense first i cant get device to reset held down button for 3 then 10 them 30 seconds alse the cronus website that you are on looks slightly different than mine so whatever you did wont work for me

Thankyou so much!! I got a bad warzone script and it gave me that error, thanx again i appreciate that. Dont forget guys the small usb cord plug into top of zen not the side one it will do the updating properly then switch cord to the longer one that connects to the side of zen then pc that will put your scripts on.

I think now you just unplug and replug, or use different usb cables if you have any. Also, I’ve heard you can try to use a stronger usb port, and if that doesn’t work then try a hard reset
