It keeps impressing me. 😄 Honestly that’s bit of a relief. It would be a total bummer to spend so much and get a gun that had mediocre accuracy. AKA Mag-Fire Extreme, Dragonfly Mk2

@@yoitired it’s funny, even though I was able to make myself whole on all of them, the Dragonfly is still the one that irritates me the most. It caused me to drop subscriptions to a number of KZfaq channels due to their shill reviews.

@@airgunsofalaska It seems like the manipulation runs a lot deeper than one might think, they must hire some tricky marketers to pull all kinds of strings. Seems ridiculous at first glance but it must make a big difference for their bottom line.

@@yoitired I can see the motivation for both KZfaqrs and companies to produce shill reviews. Getting free guns to review will provide more views and in turn more money from KZfaq, especially if there is an affiliate link with a vendor. Works out great for the company, they get really cheap advertising. I was recently contacted by a gun accessory company to see if I was interested in receiving a product for free and featuring it on my channel. I could also become an affiliate and receive a percentage back on sales though a link I’d place on a video. They said they didn’t want to interfere with my content and that I could review it honestly. I thought about it for a while and declined. I don’t know 🤷‍♂️, I felt like I’d become a salesman and that’s going to take away from the spirit and fun I get from making these videos. It wasn’t a product I had any particular passion about, it wasn’t something I would have bought and I didn’t want to spend the time and effort learning about it to review it accurately. What do you think? Part of me thought about doing a video about the concept to ask viewers or do a poll (but I’m not sure how to do that). I’d hate to review something and then hear back from someone that it didn’t work well or they had problems. I mean, I’m not customer service, the concept just seems messy and has potential to be a real time suck. I don’t want to take this fun thing and turn it into a job.

@@Relaxbadkneeadventures I don’t know what the final sum would come to? I thought the original $400 lost price for the gun was way too expensive. When it dropped 25% I got interested but because Pyramid won’t ship free to Alaska I bought through Amazon. Overall I don’t think the gun should’ve been priced more than their Benjamin 392/397S models. But… it’s unique, I like it, and it’s doing really well for me. When I compare it to that POS Norica Dream Hunter I had that broke within a week, paying a little bit more for a nicer, more reliable gun seems totally worth it. Plus, aside from the junk show Dragonfly MK2, I’m not aware of any other wood stock pumpers available anymore?

@@airgunsofalaska the only cheap but lower quality is the norconia p1 i own .for the rest it’s all polyester.gamo is also coming with a polyester pumper.maybe they will bring out later a wood stock like they did for the gamo arrow.after the production stop of the 397/392 i’m afraid we will not seeing soon a quality pumper anymore except the 362.
