Individual Event 10 of the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games was a foot race to the finish line.
Thirty men and thirty women took to North Park to kick off Day 3 with a total of 90 toes-to-bars and a 3-mile run.
Although Sam Briggs 🇬🇧 set the pace early for the women, Emily Rolfe 🇨🇦 and Kristi Eramo O’Connell 🇺🇸 entered the field first for their final set of toes-to-bars.
On the men’s side, the battle for first place was between Bayden Brown 🇦🇺 and rookie Lazar Đukić 🇷🇸.

30 unbroken toes to bar each round, ok it's possible, followed by 3 miles @ 6 min pace per mile, are you kidding? sure it's not a 1,5 mile run

I love how crossfit always shortens the run distances to make it seem more impressive. If you believe they did 90 ttb and ran 3 miles in that time with that running form well you haven't done much running

These are interesting workouts, what kills it for me is crossfit judges people who eat unhealthy, but run a gear stack longer than prime ronnie Colemans...
