Ever notice how seasickness seems to evaporate away when you're scared and busy handling the boat? When non-sailors ask me if there's any cure for seasickness I tell them, "Yes. Terror." Well, that and sailing all the time. But sometimes it's not possible to sail on the ocean multiple times per week in order to keep your sealegs and you just have to tough it out. Another great video. I look forward to the next chapter in this saga.

You always leave me impressed Erik! One thing- consider installing an Antal mainsheet track and slider system. I have one and it allows me to reef under load either upwind or downwind. Important when the main needs to come down quickly in big wind. Hope the next leg is less demanding.

You are fearless Erik. Great vids. I've always thought that when going down wind it is better to stow the main and have the boat pulled along by the jib rather than pushed along by the main. Easier on the self steering gear and more dynamically stable. Cheers.

Hey Erick, being single handed most of the time, have you ever thought of equipping the boat with an electric winch, specifically for the main. Is that a possible add on? That would make sailing easier, not to mention safer. "Crossing the North Sea - Norway to Orkney Islands," is an intriguing escapade, cant wait for follow-up episodes.
