What's better than decoying not only Crows but Pigeons all in one day!
Apologies for some bag language throughout the video.. We should be more professional but.. We're not 😆 But I do appreciate there may be some young ears watching so sorry!!
There was a few bad words with the 'wasp incident' especially!! The video is worth a watch just for this moment 🤦‍♂️
Any way, moving on!
The whole crop was cut and a few days later there were Pigeons and Crows everywhere so I managed to get a day off work and join my friend Barnaby in the hide for a few shots and thin out a few birds.
We had a great morning on the Crows then moved onto the pigeons in the afternoon which worked really well! The best of both, all from one location!

Hi, I always love watching someone with a Hushpower, but with the immanent transition to steel shot, I've been wondering where these very useful guns will stand. My own 20 bore is full choke, as I believe most are. I've heard conflicting info, some saying a heavy steel load is a "no no" but a "normal or light load" will be ok. Then others saying the choke MUST be reamed out to a maximum of half choke. Can you possibly shed any light. Cheers

Good vid pal, been today using some 32 5 hull steel shot, packed up after 2 hrs, was pounding feathers everywhere but not killing. Steel does not do it for me

Thanks bud! That’s a real shame! Steel will never be as good as lead but unfortunately it’s coming and I’m going to have to try and get into it soon so the swop isn’t as painful!!
