Honda Fury & Rebel 300 Ride To The Beach

Күн бұрынRiding my motorcycle to the beach! How do you guys like the new angle? In this video I am using my new Insta 360 Ace Pro which I've attached to the front of my helmet. I also have a mic adapter connected to the camera so I can record my commentary as I'm riding. If you hear me talking to someone it's because I have my Sena connected to my riding partner and we are chatting during our long ride :)

On the freeway or in heavy traffic, always ride staggered. (Bigger space cushion). Also, in traffic, your primary focus is what’s going on right in front of you (of course), but get in the habit of constantly being aware of where the vehicles are behind and coming up from lanes to the side. If one of those mergers comes into you, or someone decides they want your lane when they’re next to you, you’ll be able to swerve out of their way, knowing that it’s clear. Avoid being next to another vehicle as much as possible. Speed up a bit to get past them quickly then slow down once you are.

Dealing with a constant crosswind: constantly steering-leaning into a crosswind can be exhausting. Try swinging your knee out to catch the wind and act as a stabilizer. If the wind is fairly constant (not gusty), it works. Or, get an 800 lb Harley ;)

Where you been girl ? Looks like your confidence is getting up. Yup when our coms go out it’s a bummer. Just put some Viking bags and windshield on the Mrs. 300 over the winter.

I really loved today's little "Movie"...You were the STAR ! Some stylish lane filtering going on ! Cheeky ! ..The wind is not really blowing you around..it just feels like it is..your line is straight. I noticed your husband's bike has neither a brake light nor indicators. Is that legal ? I felt like I was riding pillion with you today - made me laugh out loud ! 🤭

Mc wave. Two fingers down. Means keep the rubber side down, and the shiny side up. In HI, you can use a shaka wave ;) Are you able to connect your com mike via bluetooth to your Ace Pro? I’ve done it, but the sound quality is better with the external mic connection (purple panda mic).

I haven’t tried connecting the com to the Ace Pro! But I will definitely try that😊 and thank you, I was looking for a better mic because the one I have is too bulky

Be very careful while riding past cars on the shoulder. Get alot more miles riding before making that a habit.
