To be fair, Mami has a point. If this weren't an anime i would say the same thing in Mami's shoes, whether she cares for Kazuya or not. Paying for a girlfriend wont give you any sense of real connection, you're just another client to them. It only works out this time because its a romance anime, but Mami's right, this would be a toxic situation for a real-life Kazuya.

They both messed up a lot in there "relationships" and not her, but someone like Ruka would be a better fit for him. She actually tries to progress a relationship but Mizuhara doesnt like him back. I disagree with people saying she's trash and completely evil. She's not righteous, but I agree with her here.

Honestly, I feel bad for Kazuya. He doesn't deserve to deal with someone as possessive and cruel as Mami. Chizuru, Ruka, and especially Sumi are just so much better for him, and all of them motivate him to become the best version of himself. I really like that about Kazuya, that he's still, like Subaru Natsuki, trying to love himself, and trying to improve as a person. He will improve... And become a person where he can truly say he deserves to be loved by someone else.
