I like playing as Rollo, Marry Saga Truthspesker, elevate isles & mann, take Normandy and establish Norman culture

Not much of a history guy my self, so roleplay and creating new stories is my main forte in CK3, I therefor strongly agree with many of your points for the top 5. By far, the best saves for me, is playing into what my characters would do - diving deep into roleplaying, rather then what is "technically," mechanically best. Big up, great work on this video.

personally I love actally making myself or someone I know and trying to play as them. Give myself a county and then see what I would really do AS ME rather than trying to channel it though someone else I also of course had to create my family line in our historic seat one game. but yeah. it is pretty different working against your charcheter to min max vs working with a person you have tried to make react as you would to achive your goals.

Yes, I find that role playing a character adds more to the game and can make it far more enjoyable. Embracing a story etc. Thanks for the comments.

I do the same with custom rulers. I’ll take a specific area with no major historical figures and customize a few different rulers in to “ancestors” of myself and my friends/family complete with all of our talents and even our negative traits. It’s way more fun this way than giving yourself all the best traits and being OP as fuck.

One of my favourite things is bringing back king arthur or the pictish and kicking out the anglo saxons from britain
