Well, it is actually far away from Space Rangers 2, I used different approach again because of tracker music, but yeah, maybe Space Rangers were made in old tracker, because there were two great options: DAWs for pioneers and different trackers for everyone. But speaking of how did I come to these 90's... It is a long story I have to tell ya, ha-ha. In short, for today it is mostly Fruity Loops Studio as a main DAW, Yamaha HPH-200 headphones together with recently obtained Beyerdynamic DT 240 PRO (because bass in Yamaha was too weak, could not handle some of recordings, and I wanted to hear the actual sound that Yamaha cannot afford), and I am still with my ASRock Anniversary Z97 motherboard with japanese condensors installed which are of course great solution for accuracy. Everything else I often include in videos nowadays, such as here I described my solution inside the video, so if people decide to reproduce something from their childhood, they definitely can do that with a little bit of musical skills and imagination. Actually, it is not about tools, it is all about two things: you can do it and you want it. Think about it.

More underappreciated than classic Command & Conquer that I am still working on, but Crusader gets the attention anyway equally with Unreal and C&C. Guess I would never have played Crusader series if it weren't for my bored mood. When I am bored, I always search for something new for inspiration. And I was amazed when I found out that Crusader is actually directly connected with my favourite Unreal: same synths from 90's, almost same composers. So... I think these two games, No Remorse and No Regret, they are quite unpopular, yes, BUT were kind of great adventure for me personally, they ARE demoscene gems, so I got familiar with demoscene music a bit more, after analysis of Unreal music. I already knew a person from Soundcloud, he was an incredible living example of demoscene from 1990's, I talked to him, but I would never imagine that I will get involved into it too. That's a thing.

Depends on the offer and mood, my skills are very limited by old playstyle. If I enjoy something a lot, I will do, otherwise it may go into trash. (MechWarrior 2 that you suggested me to remake, is sure full of great guitar, but all that I could get is trash cuz it does not suits my personal taste of music, sorry, probably next time...)
