He ate Kim’s shin when he dived for the takedown, and he was badly hurt by it. That’s why the ref stopped the fight.

Crushing in the sense of demoralizing, not massively over-powered. This was a technical deconstruction where the winner did damage over time, defended his opponent's technical strengths, and took full advantage after reversing a bad situation. A masterful representation of calm, quiet, precise work and the value of a long accumulation of damage. The stoppage was a bit quick, but the result was entirely earned---and likely inevitable. Precisely what makes MMA interesting: different strengths that create hazards by different methods, and seeing which is ultimately successful. Thoroughly entertaining.
