By far my favourite UFC performance of all time. The confidence, the momentum and the electricity was just wild. Real shame about Cody. I still dont miss any of his fights hoping to see this version of him again.

Crazy how Cody looked untouchable against Dom and now it seems like so long ago. Cruz has stayed ranked in or around the top 10, but is nearing retirement. Cody's been finished time and again and could be forced into an early one. Also, Dom had one of the best post-fight interviews ever. Took the loss like the champ he's always been.

It’s crazy to see the level Cody was able to tap into during this short period. Really wish he was able to maintain it, because he can be an electric fighter, and he’s pretty good on the mic. He had a glimmer of hope with that walk off KO against Raphael Assuncao at 250, but he hasn’t been looking sharp since. Hope the best for No Love Garbrandt

The defence from Cody in this fight was incredible. I was shocked Rogan didn’t say anything about it. He slipped like a 6 punch combo - twice. Unreal fight. Sucks to see where he’s at now.

I like the sportsmanship at the end of the fight. Cruz acting like the loss didn't faze him in post fight interview is pretty funny though saying "it wasn't a tough night that he lost" ahah! He is obvi crushed especially after the smack talk before hand

I'm never not disappointed by how Garbrandt lost twice to the snake in the grass after this. He could have gone on the biggest skid and I wouldn't care but to lose to the guy who became his arch nemesis, twice and once where he clearly had the tools to take the CEO of EPO apart but fought (either by choice or instinct) on pure emotion and threw his skills and head movement out of the window to brawl. Never fails to make me sad.

Dom was and still is my favorite fighter and the UFC. He was the best Bantamweight to ever do it. But Cody was a beast. His confidence, punching power and accuracy was just on another level…..I’ll never forget this fight I wish I saw a rematch right away. I gave Cody no shot at winning but he shut me up.

If Cody had shown this type of patience and defense while fighting Dillashaw I believe he would’ve definitely won those fights. TJ was living rent free in Cody’s head and he fought with no game plan.... In both matches with TJ he had pretty much zero head movement and went for a knockout with every hook....

Cruz had both his feet shot up to make them numb to get over the pain of standing. He already had alot against him that fight. Dom is a warrior. He's my favorite fighter. Pure badass.
