People are so impatient! The halving was less than a month ago. Supply shock won't really kick in for several months. People are still accumulating. Some of the whales are selling but the supply will continue to slowly get eaten up. Have faith and be patient. Keep accumulating.

Love your contents. About price increase of houses I think it is just related to the high inflation of building material. Today it is more expensive to build anything. And the inflation was created for other reasons (debase government debts)

Love your content generally. I think your example of a house going down in value is a simplification of what really happens. Houses go down in value over time but land increases in value. Yes, it may be influenced by government policy but fact is the combined value increases. I have 0.1 BTC and wish I had put all my money into BTC when I started 4 years ago. Slow started but I believe most of my altcoins will outperform. Could have sold my BTC and bought shitloads more alts. Lesson learnt. Keep up your great work. You are a voice of reason

Thank you for all of your great content. Have you created support on which platforms are best for trading and how to use them? WE are confused on how to keep funds safe in cold storage (ledger) and still how to easily trade without crazy high fees, do we move trading funds out of cold storage and if so to where? Chain to chain swapping feels like a magic trick to figure out to get out of the Eth block. It is wearing us out trying to learn how to navigate these many systems while keeping funds safe, avoiding high fees, and avoiding a plethora of potential small missteps that could cause a nightmare. Most of the content that we are finding is 2-3 years back, involves metamask, feels like outdated systems and procedures, is still pricey, is rather confusing , and honestly does not feel like the systems that experienced traders in the crypto world are using today. Do you have any support on how to navigate?

Are you unaware of the military industrial complex? Boeing, Lockheed, Ratheon all making BANK right now and blackrock has the contract to rebuild Ukraine and big food are hoping to secure land to control agriculture there. Its a despicable reality but these wars were baited by US to stimulate GDP

That's not going to happen. See what happened when the gold ETFs were established. Blackrock and the company have hijacked BTC, as the overnight fed rate is directly the realized cap, and with small rate hikes coming ( 0.25 basis points), it will only drive conventional assets up.

Okay, now I do really believe that James is in Shenzhen instead of Dubai after having seen his Google default to Simplified Chinese characters (notwithstanding the Great Firewall blocking Google) just as mine keeps doing just because Japanese and Chinese are listed as readable languages in my profile even though I’m in Vancouver and keep switching it back to my preferred default, English.

You are great with your charts, but you need more education on the real estate market. Prices have skyrocketed on housing because there was a huge drop off in building after the financial crisis. There's not enough supply. Second building costs have gone up substantially since covid. Buildable land within various city limits has gone down and boom in commercial development has gentrified many areas pushing prices up.
