I’m sure as hell not ready to die
But watching the world go by
We all figure out
We say goodbye like a thousand times
Until it gets to the one that’s closest to you
Even the devil cried watching his mother fly away
Well I will never say goodbye
With all that I am
I’ll bring you to life
Well I will never say goodbye
With all that I am
I’ll break down the skies
If you’re taken off the earth
I have nothing left to lose
All on our own and we’re all alone
Heading to the unknown
To the unknown
To watch the world fall apart in your eyes
No shred of innocence
No fervor left in me
This hatred's eating me inside my soul
If I mix a bit of water carbon salt and sulfur
Add a tad of lime and iron
Trace of phosphorus with the rest of it
Would your spirit come back to the flesh I made?
If I count to ten
Will you come right back?
If I rule the world
Would you come and take that?
If I die today for you
I’ll come right back
What do I have to do to get our old life back?
When you were taken off the earth
I had nothing left to lose
All on our own and we’re all alone
Heading to the unknown
So far away you’ve gone
Somewhere I won’t belong
When you were taken off the earth
I had nothing left to lose
Accepting death brings you closure they say
Then why does this burden now crash down on me?
All the reminiscing turns to pure regret of how I left
You stranded in the mess I made
And leaving with a dream I meant to please you in the end
But now I'm left without a purpose
If I count to ten
Will you come right back?
If I rule the world
Would you come and take that?
If I die today for you
I’ll come right back
What do I have to do to get our old life back?
So I will have to say goodbye
With all that I have
I’m sure that I tried
(But) we say goodbye to million lives
And still we take life for granted
When I’m taken off the earth
Would I have nothing left to lose
Live to move on
We weren't born alone
Heading to the unknown
So far away you’ve gone
Somewhere I won’t belong
When I’m taken off the earth
Would I have nothing left to lose
So far away you’ve gone
Somewhere I won’t belong

Its odd. When he's doing his screams and singing, you can understand him more clearly than most screamers but talking normally in interviews you can barely understand him unless you really listen. Him and the 2 guitarists. For a good example of this, look up "crystal lake top three"
@user-fw6fl3ch7l
@user-fw6fl3ch7l 4 жыл бұрын
Rob Cary yeah I thought the same. Interesting thing is there’s many moments words don’t come out of his mouths in his interviews, while his lyrics are full of poetic, beautiful expressions that can even compare with those of American or British bands or whatever.

This band is a big suprise for me. A lot of energy and a brutal and high quality mix of different styles. A real band and not a gimmick as some Japanese bands. Keep IT on. Harold
