On a fully ported saw it only takes 6 extra 3/16 holes to give you maximum needed airflow without being too noisy. This video details where to put them as was determined by flowbench testing. Parts information located at: www.ghtuning.com/product/cnc-machined-and-upgraded-chainsaw-parts/

Awesome, beautiful parts👍🏻bless you Matt for putting in the r&d and getting them out for this awesome community! been eyeing them for over a year. So wonderful you're working with saw salvage! May just have to order all 4 of your saw products as I also recently got a cs-4910. Already made a pipe style deflector for it with a flange so it just attaches with the factory screws but man do your billett deflectors look sweet!

I put your muffler deflector on my Echo Timber wolf 590 and it made a noticeable difference, my question is the saw is not ported so would I benefit from drilling these holes in my muffler

More exhaust flow never hurts as long as you tune the carburetor properly.

I was thinking maybe just putting that jet in with out the whole, making so I could adjust the carburator without the tabs on the blue screw covers, and also the muffler mod
