Remember fellhammer is only -1 to wound against ranged attacks, alot of content creators and battlereports seem to get this wrong :) Super happy with the codex!

Also good to note that the same mark restriction for units in transports has been removed, u can once again put CU chosen in Nurgle transports!!

I think gw accidentally switched the dark angels hunters detatchment with the chaos raiders one... and somehow chaos ended up with a dark angels detatchment.... 😂 fml that definitely should of been in the dark angels book as the ravenwing detatchment.

Does Chaos Spawn units take nearby OC1 enemies to 0? Or are they only useful against OC2+ enemies?

It's an aura or reduce OC by 1 so most impactful against OC1 models as they go to zero. But not having OC themselves they won't steal an objective !

@@SimplyWarhammer I play a lot against Orks and nitd, so getting those down to OC0 would mean a lot to me as a CSM player :-)

That's cool then, they don't seem as survivable now though with losing the heal ability too, but add a dimension to the list 😊

Not impressed that CSM/Black Legion get an Oath of Moment. Seems lazy to just port it over and takes away from the loyalist marines uniqueness. Also, why is Abaddon not Black Legion? He might be the herald of the Chaos Gods but he's Black Legion and shouldn't be leading other factions like that. Just my thoughts.

Yer completely agree ! And why have multiple versions of armour of contempt and 6" reactive moves with different names, also seems lazy. Still packed codex with lots of options 😁

Part of what made Abaddon very strong is his reroll aura. Giving his detachment Oath lets you use his 4++ aura more often as a defensive option. Now you can choose between shielding nearby units as you advance or giving rerolls to gunline that may not be targeting the Focus of Hatred
