He was a man of his time. To Americans he was the beacon of hope, the light at the end of the tunnel. He used radio to communicate to every household. His policies helped Americans get through the hardships of the great depression. And finally, he lead the country to a war against fascism. Words can’t describe how much grief people felt when he passed away. Truly one of the best US president in history.

74 years ago today, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt passed away at Warm Springs, Georgia, thus ending the longest term that any President has served, as well as a long & distinguished career in public service. A man who guided the nation through two of her darkest moments.

@@rumblemcsquash5488 That's not so. Depression's just don't happen. Bad Policies, make Depressions. Just like what Old Joe is doing today. This is all intentional. FDR's was intentional also. It was one of the largest power grabs in history. It caused a large flow of Blacks, to migrate to Northern cities, like Chicago & Detroit to get "Work Program" Jobs. But they had to change from Republican, to Democrat to get one of these jobs. Then they were paid, according to "Black Wages".

@Uni BlackSister That was the least of FDR's problems. He was a self-absorbed, pompous idiot. He said his first act when he was the Worlds Czar, would be to genocide 1/3 of England's population.

@@kineticsimulations3593 FDR was horrible. Used the Hoover's depression, to keep the country in depression. Was the largest power & money grab until now. He taxed the wealthy 95%. He weaponized the IRS and would go after his political opponents. He'd spend a million, if he could throw you in jail. He kept the newspapers close, so he could leak stories, to see how they would play with the Public. He, had Agents go door to door, and confiscate gold. All for the cause of the Depression.

I was impressed by the emotion shown by African Americans. Roosevelt didn't do everything but made progress and recognition of African Americans and their contribution to the war effort and American society, more so than his predecessors and this was recognized. Eleanor Roosevelt wrote of his belief in the rights of all Americans to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and specifically called out minority citizens.

FDR was a Bolshevik at heart. Mother was a communist Jewish Italian. Gave Uncle Joe, in today currency 150 dollars, to put up the Iron Curtain, so Capitalism could flourish, now that the most brilliant economical plan ever on the face of the planet, had been extinguish. Took 3 Super Powers, to squash Hitler. And no one asks how he brought Germany back from the heap.

FDR was one of the worst presidents. He stole money from Red states and gave it to Blue state. Illinois gobbled up nearly all the money for FDR's Work Program Jobs. Blacks flocked to cities like Chicago. But they were mostly Republican's and you had to be a Democrat to get one of these jobs. Then you had to join a Union. FDR was very cleaver in that way. Evil but cleaver. Now, that would be against the law.

@A Normal Guy What??? Did you get triggered???
@earlofmar7987
@earlofmar7987 2 жыл бұрын
@A Normal Guy No sir, you are ALL wrong. FDR used the depression, to keep the depression going. He taxed the rich 95%. This stopped all charitable giving. In fact, just follow everything the idiot is doing in the WH now. They are telling you what a super pres FDR was and following in the same path. FDR stole from Red states and gave to Blue states. PPl were desperate for work. Black Republicans moved to Chicago, trying to get one of FDR's, Social Program jobs, called Work Programs. But they had to switch parties and join a union. FDR also had gold collected. He regulated and set the price of all goods & services, nation wide. What a numskull idea. If you got a shirt pressed in NYC it cost you the same as Podunk, OK. If they tried to do else-wise, FDR would have them fined 5K and thrown in jail. Business's closed. He had a Poor Tax. It taxed everything that Middle-Class American would buy, cigarettes, alcohol, gasoline, food and movie tickets. Just like Joe has raised our Inflation today, it's a Poor Tax. He used the IRS to go after all of his political opponents. He pulled the media's license, if they would not go along with him. He was 1/2 Jewish if you didn't know and saw himself as a Fascist. Thought he would be the 1st World Czar. His first act, would be to depopulate England. That's another reason he funded Russian, and gave 150 billion, in today's currency to put up the Iron Curtain.
