The bottom line is, if your aren't willing to pour your heart into the preparation, there is no point in attempting. Do what you are interested in. Passing CSS is no guarantee for a successful life. People who aren't CSP who lead a profession of their choice and liking are very happy.

Css is all about skills u need to develope during your preperation ,,and surely he has developed his skills like english and ability to convey argument , during his job experience ..then he covered specific syllabus in 3 months .
