I find this to be one of the hardest scenarios from the starter set. A lot of fun, but that fire gets out of control quickly!

You can't damage Chtulhu until the ritual is stopped. And in this scenario you have to destroy 4 out of the five labs.

It was stopped which summoned him right? Oh right, he’s covering one up 😀 the room tiles need to be bigger! It’s in the Klingon subtitles, thanks though 🙂

Your really don’t want old ones showing up before the ritual is disrupted. If they hit the board early you are pretty much screwed. Add to that the sanity draining effects of Cthulhu and you are most likely going to lose due to insanity before dying or Cthulhu reaching the end of the track.

Yes definitely would love to more CDMD. If you can get your hands on the Unspeakable Box expansion one of the best/ most fun episodes is in that one...Happy Birthday. By far this is my favorite episode! You and your teammates against 18 Investigators that may or may not be secret cultists! I also was playing against the Black goat and his cultists and minions. It was a ton of baddies but Damn, it was so fun! 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Hello, because of the star spawn ability when you attack or get attacked in a space with a ry'leh token do you take 2 insanity anyway? Or only if you attack or get attacked by the star spawn?

Thanks! Yeah it’s taken a bit of a break for some other things but I do want to continue, and I’d wanted to do some Gates of Valhalla by the end of the year but time has just slipped away!

I was hesitant on getting this game. I am now 2 wins in 12 games.....and love it. The game combos are great. Are you doing all the episodes?

It is a great game. I bought seasons 1, 2 and the old ones at retail. The new Kickstarter arrives later this year. For Christmas I bought the base box set, painted it, and sent it to my sister and her husband as a present. They love it.

Tom a cultist is not a monster. There’s 3 types of enemies. Elder one, monsters, and cultist.

It's a shame there is no game where you could play for the cultists or elder gods... I would love to corrupt people into cultists, and compete with other elder gods to steal their worshipers. 😎

I haven’t played it myself but I think Fate of the Elder Gods is quite like that 🙂
