I have been a Stampin’ Up demonstrator for the last six years, but I love close to my heart as well and I had a maker in my hometown and I made purchases from her so I was doing both but yes, I did close my heart mostly for the scrapbooking. I had to Really use my brain to scrapbook with Stampin’ Up so I thought if I can get started and get ideas and things then I could combine the two maybe so I totally understand your dilemma. I’m glad that you’ve joined Stampin’ Up again I’m really glad that Jeanette has been talking with Stampin’ Up about, combining some items to be picked up by Stampin’ Up and I, too like you hope that it will be more of the scrapbooking items.

I love your message! I agree that the people you meet along the way with Stampin Up or any other crafting company is the best part. I’ve been a Stampin up Demonstrator/ hobbyist for two years now. I have made some awesome friends there.

What a wonderful attitude you have. You will “bloom wherever you are planted!” I’m a SU Demo-only a year now. I’m a hobby demo, I don’t sell, but, might do some stamp camps this year. Yes! We have a Lack of Scrapbook items for sure. I’m pretty excited about the addition of CTMH to our products. I’ve been looking for 9x12 size albums. Hi Katie! I watched your video. I love SU CS, stamps and their “retired” Stamparatus. However, given your experience with both CTMH & SU, I’d like to see what creative things you’ll share with your viewers. I’m more of a stamper and hence make cards, I’d like to see how you scrapbook. Just found you for the first time. I have been a crafter all my life (I’m 70 now) and a Stampin up demo for 5. I joined just for myself. I to love scrapbooking particularly 12 x 12 inch. I only make cards for my friends and family as I could never find what I wanted in the shops. Stampin up do supply their cardstock in 12 x 12, which I do use for my scrapbook pages, it would be fantastic if they supplied the 12 x 12 albums.

What beautiful words spoken about the owner of Close To My Heart :-) don’t know why you popped up on my feed but you did and I have to say it would really be smart for stamping up to incorporate the things that Close To My Heart is known for and if that is stickers and stuff for making albums. It would be a real smart move, I really hope that stamping up sees this and really takes it to heart:) tfs and God bless:)

With our Stampin’ Up! Update they told us we will be getting more scrapbooking items. I think we are assuming they will be coming from CTMH

I'm surprised CTMH didn't merge with Creative Memories as it seemed to me a better fit. Enjoy Stampin' Up!

if you just want to be a hobbyist with Stampin' Up!, you can still use all of your CTMH products as well as Stampin' Up! products. The only ones who have to just use current SU products are the business builders.

This was a lovely message. It was so sad to see a great crafting company that has been in business and served so many people for so many years have to cease to exist. I have been a SU demonstrator for 12 years. Stampin Up is a fantastic company to work with, not to mention how wonderful their products are. I have had a sneak peak of the new catalog coming out and it looks as though they are gearing more to scrap bookers. I hope they can give you what you need for your love of scrapbooking. Meantime, welcome aboard! We are very happy to have you back!

I was a Stampin Up demonstrator for 15 years and left because as a 12x12 scrapbooker, I felt left behind.

I loved hearing your perspective, and how you are going to merge products , I will definetly go back and watch some of your tutorials. I have been a maker 17 hears, and there is a hole in my heart. We all love Jeanette, she made each maker feel as though they were a personal friend.

My heart sank when I heard that stamping up had a sale to buy into the company in Feb. I was on other business leader sites many times and never heard a word. So I missed the good deals. I don’t want to visit them anymore. What an you show me thatwi be good deal. I am sosad

I'm not sure I'd want to be aligned with SU... The owner's daughter is going on trial for hiring a hitman for her ex husband's murder... They bought her a MILLION dollar house out of the state she lived in for her to flee to to hide from the police, they are also withholding visitation of their SHARED grandchildren with their other bio grandparents. Not really the kind of group of people I'd want to be associated with.

Surprised you didn’t go with Creative Memories, another scrapbooking company. Let SU know what your hoping they carry over from Close To My Heart products. You probably will need to purchase all SU products, they are strict about that. Good luck

I'm just not into cards people don't send cards or really receive cards anymore.I worked in market and cards didn't sell.
