He was planned to appear in CNK when Traveller’s Tales was in charge of the project, along with every character from CTR and everyone else who didn’t make it in, even Rilla Roo (the only exception being Tawna of course). Even Nina was planned to make her debut there

3:49 IIRC this was the part where they showed pictures of the developers and such. I swear I also remember a picture of people standing with someone in a Crash costume. :D

The Hog Wild bit is new for me. I have the PAL version, and it goes straight from the CTR theme to the Great Hall music.

Naughty Dog & Insomniac lost Crash & Spyro because Univeral Interactive had publing rights to both games and left them. A VERY BIG MISTAKE!

Years later: Think it was for the beat for Crash Activision are doing great things with the series (minus them being asses by cancelling the Crash Bandicoot cartoon show) we still need a new Spyro game!

@mamaluigi0631 Doubtful since Naughty Dog came up with the idea of Crash Bandicoot to begin with. Universal however became a bit of dead weight with them over time. It was also hard for the team to let go of their first character but since they did, we got games like Jak & Daxter, Uncharted and the upcoming The Last Of Us.
