If you get 'too old', you will never ever ever ever blow up if you didn't break as an artist before. I heard all abt this story when the city gave a street name in dedication to Big Pun in Bx. Grand concourse & Fordham - Big Pun Plaza- I remember Fat Joe did not show up bcus he said it was not safe for him to go. I heard abt Big Pun’s wife living in a shelter in bx, and ppl were upset w/ Joe bcus $$$ was owed to Pun’s wife & if she had the $ that was owed , she would not be in that situation. I’m glad wack - stepped in to help & relocate , she deserved better than that.
