Nenuphar V2 has the clarity and realism which is evident thru my headphones. Comes across very well on YT. I wonder how piano and orchestra music is handled by the full range driver? To me this speaker is a game changer - "natural" sound. Apparently, tube electronics brings out the best for this advanced full range driver design -which has no crossovers. A+ to Cube Audio.

Grzegorz....thx for this. Atelier Audio just upgraded my V1 to V2. The best $$$ I have spent in some time on HIFI. Congratulations on a fantastic design. The realism, soundstage and tightened up bass is simply superb. Wow!!!

Good looking & good sounding speakers. Reminds of Omega & Zu Audio but on a slightly higher level of resonance, imaging and range. I'd have to listen in person to really know.

Just wonder that they made already field coil driver but didn't use in their speaker line. Thank for awesome product.

Yes Fieldcoild will be available some day, but now we have 2 other designs in progress. Field coil will come in 1-2 years ;)

You guys seem to demo with Tektron tube electronics. Are they top shelf? I'm looking for a 300b stereo amp. Do you recommend them?

Now just get them to maintain that clear response and handle circa 50- 200 watts of screaming metal and rap while staying mostly composed. Lot of great things happening in the full range speaker development from Cube to Mark Audio, Lii, Tangband, Visiton, etc! Awesome stuff!

I would ask what are the critical differences between what we are hearing here and the same drivers installed in the Cube-recommended DIY cabinets? Even though the Cube cabinets are made of good stuff, the difference in price is enormous! I see slight differences in the cabinet dimensions between the two. If Cube tells me to get their cabinets, I will because that's what I heard at AXPONA in 2019.

Quick question...I'm versy interested in these great speakers...how much watt is needed on the amplification side...as I'm also very interested in the Audio Note Meishu Tonmeister with 8 watts per channel- is this sufficient to drive these speakers properly? How close to the wall can I put the Nenuphars?

The Tonmeister will drive these with ease and very strong bass. The tonmeister sounds powerfull well beyond the specs.

Trust me, go to listen a Cube 10” in a suitable room, you won’ t want more bass. Not every audiophile looks for huge bass but the bass from Cube 10” is pretty huge, If you really want more bass (fake bass), add a subwoofer or two.

Yeah yeah, obscure female vocals , strange music , what do they sound like with normal rock, folk, music with full orchestra and bass. They always play this crap at hifi shows.

I am trying to change my musical tastes from Bartok and Brad Mehldau to the plastic music we are hearing here. But to be honest, I did hear these speakers in person with a Pass SIT-3 and they are just unbelievable.

I had the first version .. it was very unbalanced and that made combinations with amps very difficult. To be honnest, my worst buy ever.

Yes, crossoverless, single driver speakers are known for that.

That'll be due to whatever you're listening to it through. Cube (or any other manufacturer) are unlikely to release a demo with distortion!

Very good ! I'm wondering whether the speakers will work well with an Accuphase amplifier...after all, the amplifier has 4 ohms.
