When people suddenly looks like they hit a wall, mainly because their chunk doesn’t load there and whatever you do, you can’t make them go any further. Until you do /kill or go to the opposite side of the unloaded chunk.

are u trying to hide the cursor on obs or minecraft if obs capture source > Properties > uncheck Capture Cursor.
