Are you ready to learn about cucumber decoration and cucumber fan garnish for sushi?
Hello all Namaste and warm welcome form Sushi Man Santosh. In this video I am trying to teach you how to make cucumber decoration for sushi especially cucumber fan garnish for sashimi decoration. These cucumber decorations can use sushi and other food decoration as well. I hope after watching this video you will enjoy and try at your home.
Normally inside sushi roll and for sushi decoration we use English cucumber also called sweet cucumber due to the mild / thin skin and don’t have more seeds so we can cut and slice in the exact size and shape. but in this video i am showing both english cucumber and normal cucumber.
