There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple design to the different fruit and vegetable.
Intermediate Level - you will progress onto more detailed carving design for larger display
Advanced Level - How to carve Rose flower and more flowers. After you master all these flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit and Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkins.

I have been watching your videos for a few days now, and WOW. I just want to let you know, I work in kitchens all the time everywhere and have seen great/crazy carvings and whatnot but have not watched them being made. Watching your videos has made it not easy, but defiantly easier to make these BEAUTIFUL creations. I have used a few at work and put them on some Platters/Dishes and they just enhanced the plates so much. I thank you for taking the time to make/post these videos....

i find this very interesting and now i´m going straight to the kitchen and try it on my own. what amazes the most is, that i watched rally-videos, then saw a guy building a v12 engine, suddenly there was a knive sharpener and then i ended here. not what i had planned - but this really got my interest. thanks for showing this.

i love australlia...:) i have many times tried to pass my resume through internet in australlia, but i always failed, because they need that the applicant had a family in U.K. you're so great to make your self busy..:)

Thank you so much for making such wonderful videos and sharing them with us. this is something I wanted to learn since being a teenager and first seeing examples like this. But did not imagine anyone wld be so kind as to show it for us on youtube. When you do something like this and we learn from it and do it we will remember you each time we do, it is like a blessing back to you. I have just seen one video and Im in love with your channel. Thank you very much for your comment. Try this first and see how you go - if this is the first time for you - I suggest you to practice carving the kiwi fruit (beginner's lesson 3). You might be amazed what you can do. all the best :)

I call a carving knife, many people may call a paring knife / a turning knife - you can buy this type of knife at any knife shop - there are three different colours of the handle, red, black and white :)

You could buy this knife in any knife shop - it calls a paring knife or bird's beak knife or turning knife. I can show you a photo via email if you like :)
