1 cucumber (200g), ½ onion (100g), 1/2T salt (5g), 2T vinegar, 1/2T sugar (5g), 1/2T wasabi (5g), 3T mayonnaise (50g), a pinch of pepper.

1. Slice the cucumber and onion.
2. Mix the cucumber and 1/2T salt (5g) and let sit for 20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes, drain the cucumber. 4. Mix 2T vinegar, 1/2T sugar (5g), 1/2T wasabi (5g), and 3T mayonnaise (50g).
5. Add cucumber and onion and mix.
6. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper evenly.
