The dessert that best represents Easter in my home has always been CUDDURA or CUDDRURA with eggs, it is one of the typical recipes of the tradition that has been handed down for generations! You can find it in all homes and in all pastry shops and shops! You see it and say it's Easter!
This is my family's recipe, my grandmothers made it like this, my mom makes it like this and I continue to carry on the beautiful Italian traditions, which are different from region and region!
It is a soft and fragrant biscuit donut, ideal to eat as it is, or together with a chocolate egg or for breakfast to be dipped in coffee-milk!

3 Whole Eggs + 1 yolk
180 g Sugar
100 g Butter or lard
50 g Milk
16 g baking powder for cakes (1 sachet)
1 Lemon
1 pinch of salt
To complete:
1 egg white (left over from preparation)
