I was in Cuenca a few years back and I absolutely loved it. I only wished I stayed a longer. Definitely 'want to go back to.

Hi Dan. Thanks for coming to Cuenca. Just to let you and your followers know, this is what you could see I'm Cuenca for only 48h. You can't imagine what you can discover in one week, traveling along the province. Cuenca is synonym of nature. You saw the most topics of Cuenca: now you have to come back to discover the real surprising places.

Nice video over Cuenca I just came from there, spend 2 nights. You made one mistake as the convent on the other side of the bridge is not an art galerie but a 4 stars hotel from the Paradores chaine.

Thanks! Once in Cuenca, I got around on foot. If you want to visit some of the out of city spots, like the enchanted city rock park, you would need a car or to join a tour.

Nice video. Saw Cuenca for the first time recently on the Steve Coogan/Rob Brydon series "The Trip to Spain" and was impressed. Now it's definitely in my plans for next summer. Thanks. Tip: "Mayor" is not pronounced like English mayor. More like MAH-YAWRRR.

The cathedral's tower collapsed one century ago. I still hope it will be rebuilt one day. If you are curious about how it looked like, you can see pictures here on the Internet.
