Hey thanks for watching. It’s called an HE flow impeller. If you can’t source it you can always just set the water softener to regenerate by day intervals. I have a video on my page showing how to do that

I'm having this problem with my unit and I can't seem to find that wheel for sale anywhere ? Can you recommend a online source to purchase this or a part number?

I don’t have a part number available at the moment but if you go to your local Culligan and ask for an HE flow wheel they should be able to sell you one.
