This is the Coventry spirit, we were always the underdogs when we were in the premiership and always scraping for survival every season. There was a joke that if the Titanic was painting sky blue it would never have went down and we all noticed as fans that Maidstone too have that spirit 😊

@@user-nj4qg4gx7h they are completely incomparable. The endurance that soccer players have literally 0 nfl players have in terms of constant running and changing direction. At the same time strength and explosiveness would usually go to the nfl players. It’s a completely different set of skills, body types and mentalities. 90% of nfl players are just not build to keep up with the pace of a soccer game, and 90% of soccer players are not strong or explosive enough to make an impact in an nfl game. And if we look at literal numbers and percentages of “real men” by far the advantage goes to soccer. It is the most popular sport worldwide by a large margin.

@@user-nj4qg4gx7hActually, yes they have got cte. From a long career of collisions with players, with goalposts and heading the ball. Not as violent as American football, rugby, ice hockey and certainly not boxing, but soccer, especially at the top of the game, is not for weenies. Child-like taunting about a "girly" game doesn't alter that fact.

What they didnt show here was the all in pink Wolves goalkeeper showboating when wolves where leading. He saved alot of shots and was Wolves MOTM thought he was all powerful diving around for pass backs, then in 2 min got completely violated by the sky blues!!🤣🤣PUSB!!
