Born and raised here in Curaçao and couldn't be more proud. We locals usually go to the West side beaches. They are free of charge and pretty much untouched by humans. ❤

Thank you for visiting my island Curaçao and for the very nice videos/drone super good shots. Our currency is Antillean Guilders/ANG or as we also called it Florin a/o Guilder (Fl). 1 Guilder/Florin = USD 1.75. The Van/bus trip to Mambo change was ANG/Fl 6,00 = +/- USD 3. Other places can take the change of 1 ANG/Fl up to USD1.82. Like your videos a lot. Take care, be safe

The place you said looks like a resort/ship is an aquarium, it's fun. There is fun Catamaran cruise that leaves from Mombo beach. Also Mombo beach is a wild party weekend nights.

I love that you guys like the blues of our island beaches. But i find it strange that you do not research the area before you get there. Like mambo beach has 3 hotels and a sea aquarium just where you flip flops broke. There you could swim with the dolfins. Maybe next time a little more research. Wow!! nice tuna burgers, they looked really tasty. the water colors are very nice and unique and cool shades of blue. I was shocked Chris when you said the water was cool or cold, strange for the area and time of the season. Carol, you looked lovely for dinner and Chris is a lucky man. I always feel the love from you both and can see the bad days, but we all have them. I am just happy for you both and glad you can travel to all these places and show so much. Hello guys, I’m a new fan and I’m watching all your videos. VERY INFORMATIVE!! Love it that you post all the prices of the hotels, food, transportation, etc while making your videos fun, engaging and beautiful. One thing I would like to know is flight information details. How did you get there? From where did you flight? How easy it was, do you need a visa… I don’t know, whatever you think is important to communicate. I think one of the questions I see the most online is people asking how to travel in the Caribbean. If some islands do not have direct connection from a main North American airport people might not even consider looking at other ways to get there….

Rent a car and go to the more secluded beaches. Very easy to drive around. Does not take long. Much nicer. Good cliff jumping Kokomo beach has a good restaurant too

The Drone had no problem, the curacao prison is not far from there and the area above and around it is restricted. Sometimes the prison use jammers. People try to smuggle stuff to the prisoners via drones.

Willemstad looks very developed compared to most of the other beach cities you and Carol have visited. But its still beautiful due to the all the artwork and colorful architecture and that gorgeous Curacao blue waters. All the prices you have shared indicate its not a cheap beach getaway though - its pricey like Hawaii is.

Its because Willemstad is part of The Netherlands. We (the netherlands) are the reason islands like these arent like Haiti all run down. There is a money pipeline from the Netherlands to these islands. Without us these islands wouldnt survive and would turn into a jamaica/haiti clone with corruption and poverty.

Great video!! The ABC islands are very windy because these islands are the closest to the equator. There also out of the hurricane zone which is a good thing. Please look into St. Vincent & Grenadines and Grenada. Every Island in the Caribbean has its own character and these islands specialize in eco tourism and the price is much cheaper.

Where you went with the big white boat in the background is actually the local aquarium ,The Curacao Sea Aqaurium and P.S the slipper are expensive because they are imported like most things like food, clothes etc.

That ship at the beach was an old dutch minesweeper that has been turned into the office of the owner of the Curacao sea-aquarium. You were so close to being able to swim with the dolphins when you turned back,

Welcome to my island. There is a prison behind the hill in front of Mambo. They have anti-drone devices installed. That may be your drone issue. Enjoy your stay!

Chris definitely get Carol some Dutch Chocolate while you are in the ABC Islands.The Belgium Chocolate is very good as well. Also when you get to Aruba you want to try the Gelato. They have the Italian Gelato shops where they fly the Ice Cream in from Italy.✌️

I wouldn’t call that man made I would called it manscaped lol Also, yes, Aruba is known for its constant “breeze”. It’s the only place I have ever pealed after being there. Ad a dark man from the Dominican Republic, that had never happened to be but the breeze hides how hot the sun really is on your skin which keeps you on the sun longer than I normally would stay

Btw reason why everything is so expensive is that most tourist that come to curacao are from Europe where they earn in euros so a lot of places have adapted their prices to the euro.. was not always like this

Great location. Do y’all ever get burned out from the travel? Does the occasional side-trip to, say, Houston (before DR) help you re-charge?

Yeah sometimes we can get burntout, the sidetrip in Houston definitely helped. During our travels when we start to feel it we normally book a place for 1-2 weeks and then don’t do much to rest which people don’t really see in the videos.
