The berries are fresh or frozen. You can use slices of peach, apricot, soft apples and pears.
Choose cottage cheese of any fat content.
Oatmeal can be plain or instant.
Adjust the amount of sugar to taste or use a sweetener.

Ingredients (Serves 2):
Curd 0% - 250 g
Sugar - 30-50 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Eggs - 2 pieces (100-110 g without shell)
Sour cream 15% - 100 g
Oatmeal - 80 g
Berries - 100 g
Mold oil
Preparation
1. Combine cottage cheese, any fat content, eggs, sour cream, vanilla sugar and sugar. Mix everything with a blender or fork to the desired consistency.
2. Add regular oatmeal or instant oatmeal, stir.
3. Grease a baking dish with melted butter, I use melted butter.
4. Spread the curd mass in the shape, and put the berries on top, pressing slightly.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convention for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
6. Cool slightly and serve.
