🇬🇧Traditional Lithuanian Sweet Curd Cheese Fritters recipe.

RECIPE
Ingredients
450 g curd cheese
2 medium eggs
50 g sugar
Splash of vanilla
Some salt
125 g self-raising flour + extra 25 g for dusting
Instructions
Smash the curd cheese with the fork to loosen it.
Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, sugar and 125 g of flour.
Lightly knead into a dough. Divide the dough into 9-10 pieces. Form the fritters (how to, please see the video).
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan, add the fritters and cook for couple of minutes on each side.
Serve with sour cream/greek yoghurt or jam.

2 vidutiniai kiaušiniai
50 g cukraus
Truputis vanilės ekstrakto
Žiupsnelis druskos
125 g miltų kepiniams (angl. self-raising flour) + extra 25 g pabarstymui
Gaminimo eiga
Varškę sutrinkite šakute.
Įmuškite kiaušinius, pilkite vanilę, berkite druską, cukrų ir miltus.
Užminkykite tešlą. Padalinkite teslą į 9-10 dalis. Formuokite varškėčius (kaip gražiai suformuoti, žiūrėkite video).
Į įkaitintą keptuvę pilkite aliejaus, dėkite varškėčius. Kepkite po kelias minutes iš kiekvienos pusės, kol gražiai apskrus ir iškeps.
Tiekite su grietine, graikišku jogurtu arba džemu.
