For over six years, I suffered from major acid reflux, restless leg syndrome, flu-like symptoms one week out of every month, severe dandruff, extremely dry and chapped skin, and a skin rash from any vegetable, fruit, or carb I consumed. Realizing that food and stress were the main issues, I decided to get divorced and started eating only meat while taking vitamin and mineral supplements. In six months, I went from 230 lbs to 180 lbs with no rigorous exercise, only speed walking, and occasional five-day fasts once a quarter. By month seven, all my symptoms had disappeared, and I could eat fruits, vegetables, and occasional sweets without any problems. My greatest achievement from all this was that I eventually found God in the process.

I take a powder that's mixed with water called Beyond Tangy Tangerine by Youngevity. It possesses 90 essential vitamins, minerals and amino acid. I also take bromine to help with digestion, and omega-3s. I highly recommend that you take a pinch of good quality Celtic Salt and place it under your tongue for 30 seconds every morning. It contains tremendous amount of trace minerals. Beyond that, I strongly, strongly recommend a 3 - 5 day prolong fast. Go on KZfaq or Google prolonged fasting.

This is true. In 2015 I was diagnosed with Graves Disease (hyperthyroidism) at 29 years old. I’ve had the symptoms dating back to high school so everything made sense. I wanted to have a second child and the western medical protocol to remedy this problem was to remove my thyroid, subject it to radiation to kill is slightly which also had fertility impacts, or take a drug called methimazole or PTU to hinder the thyroid. None of those things were getting to the root of the problem and the prescription drug had way too many damaging side effects. Intuitively, I went gluten free, healthy keto/paleo diet. I got pregnant and told my doctor I wouldn’t be doing anything about my thyroid. To her amazement, in two months, I had completely cured myself. I also supplement with vitamin D, B12 and magnesium and exercise everyday. And on top of all that, my haven’t had a cavity since. I look at my ‘autoimmune disease’ as a blessing. It’s my body’s way of telling me something is harmful or toxic. From a spiritual standpoint, I felt sorry for myself after the diagnosis. I felt as though I wasn’t in control of what was happening to me. I hit some sort of rock bottom and for the love of the child that I wanted so badly, I snapped out of it and took control of my life and my health. So… it’s the best damn thing that has ever happened FOR me.

I had crohns so bad for 13 years that I couldn't eat properly, my body was weak and it all effected my mental/spiritual state. I wanted to die because living like that was hell. I had quit seeing a GI because nothing they did helped so I decided to try healing my body or die trying. Since I couldn't digest anything I worked out that drinking fruits and vegetables vie a juicer would get me a lot of the nutrients I needed and it really helped but wasn't the answer. The crohns kept hanging around. I read as much research on crohns, auto immune diseases and global cases. I realized several studies were trying to link crohns to a bacteria. Was my problem possibly a gut bacteria imbalance? I studied probiotics, picked one and started a daily regimen. Within a few days all of my crohns symptoms simply disappeared. The inflamation went down. I could actually pass gas easily, something I had not been able to do in 13 years. I was able to eat salads, nuts and steaks again. It's been 6 years since I made that change and I have been crohns free since.

Today’s doctors are simply trained by Universities that are simply paid off by big Pharma in so many different ways as far as research and preferred outcomes. The docs today ONLY know drugs or surgery But NOTHING about true healing and health.

Was diagnosed with ulcer colitis in 2013, but I had probably had it since before then. I remember having extreme pain in my stomach when moving my bowels at age 8 and becoming anemic in my early 20s. Right before my 40 bday I decided to change the way I eat completely because the ulcer colitis had limited my ability to work and I felt trapped in my body constantly being inflamed and swollen. I haven’t had a single flare in 🙏🏽 in over six months and have lost so much weight. It was the food I ate and the amount of stress my body was in everyday fighting the inflammation. I thank God for the ability to eat clean today. The American diet is deadly. I do not eat out much and when I do, I stick to salads, lean meat and fruit. I do not consume any empty carbs or any food made with processed cane sugar. It was super hard at first, but once the pain started to disappear and my bowel movements became regular, it was addictive. I have had moments I which I had a cookie or white bread, waking up the next day with lower back pain or a blemish on my skin. I literally feel and see the immediate effects of putting the wrong food in my body today. Never going back to eating processed foods ever.

The more I ate healthy diet added supplements like B12 I never get better. I am Okinawan by diet, no fast food. Then one day this month after praying for guidance, I had an answer to start from the basics . Found that everything started after I purchased 3 sizes of Anolon pans which I used twice or three times a day, for eggs on breakfast, fry fish and seafood or chicken in small pan for lunch and dinner. Anolon is now being sued for PFOA & PFAS that they lied in their advertising. These chemicals affects hormones and thyroid function. I never been this sickly in my life that I developed allergy, always tired and sleepy and in so much pain. Being tired and sleepy has lessened since I stopped using the pans.

I was diagnosed with Crohns 27 years ago and if I knew half of what I know today it would have saved me years of excruciating pain I now have an ileostomy. Its hard to believe today but its a fact i was 5 years into my disease facing my 3rd or 4th surgery before anyone mentioned diet or even asked me what I ate, I knew what agreed with me what caused me to flare or hurt me but I couldve been eating barbed wire and broken glass my doctors had no idea what i ate but they knew i took 10-16 pills a day they knew that. If I wouldve started my spiritual awakening before i was diagnosed I never wouldve been diagnosed I believe my disease was 100% psychosomatic or enough so that if i knew the principles of autosuggestion, grounding and clearing emotional blocks and working with my own stuck pent up energy like i do now i wouldnt have suffered as bad

Dr. Osborne, I appreciate and fully understand. In 2016 I took Dr. Grisanti's Functional Medicine University course. At first right afterwards I was excited and I helped quite a few but the ones who wouldn't follow through was sad.. I stopped reaching out so much abd stopped doing labs. I now just show them your , "No Grain No Pain" book and your YT links and advise them to stop eating any food that contain grains for 30 days. And lately I have started to advise them to try 30 days of Berberine and magnesium glycinate combo. I'm pretty confident to say that the majority of the population have autoimmune and or insulin resistance, and most, including MD's don't know it.

Later on I discovered antacids lead to low B12 and low B12 leads to jaundice. Cause found.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND THE ONLY DOCTOR WORTH LISTENING TO. I have/had awful GI problems with life threatning anaphalaxic episodes resulting in being rushed to AA/emergency room but it seems the Drs do NOT know how to remedy this problem. My gp even told me that leaky gut was not a thing. I must say, the past 3 years of researching and self medicating that Peters work is so on point. It has all the information needed to fix yourself or pass on to your dr ‘not that they will listen’. I wish I had come across this 3y ago.

I am so used to being on the receiving end of gaslighting and have heard "there's no such thing as leaky gut" from a GP, plus more recently "we've already run enough tests for you" from the GP and being told by a colonoscopist "you don't have IBD and there is nothing wrong with the upper gut on your CT scan" before being dismissed from the service with a prescription of daily laxatives which cause a physical cramp in the gut. Two months later after speaking to a rare and wonderful GP, liver bloods were run, then repeated, then a referral to a Hepatologist, and now two autoimmune have been identified and they are querying IBD in the upper gut. She was stunned I had ordered NAC through my own research. I have learned so much over the past eight months about nutrition and the cause of autoimmune - already on the path to healing myself. Inspired by your story too. Perhaps it's our role in life to fully heal and baffle the medical profession with our amazing recoveries. They know not what they do.

Dr Osborne great video! I have suffered from auto immune deceases such as psoriasis, hyper thyroid. in my search to get better I have read many books tried many diets and I always had a suspicion it was related to my stomach. I had a doctor check my vitamin levels and found that I was lacking vitamin c,d,b, zinc. I wanted to know the reason why I was low as I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. In my search I checked my gut and found out that it was far from healthy. I started my journey to fix my gut. My understanding is through some of the foods we eat our gut ends up getting hurt. I suffered with hyper thyroid for a long time and later developed psoriasis. I started trying to rebuilt my gut as from what I understood in the process I found out that your leaky gut ends up attacking and getting rid of good things you eat; for me it was fruits and certain vegetables. Once I worked on fixing my gut I noticed my skin started to get better. Not all by itself but with some steroids which never worked before. I think that it is key to get your gut health in order and avoid processed foods and sugars. I eat some gluten now and eat the same fruits and vegetables and my body is doing a lot better. with leaky gut i found that once in the system your body attacks it like it was bad for you and that is where you end up being deficient in vitamins.

I've only reviewed this first Osborne video, but so far, he's right-down-the-middle > love his info and details. I only wish I had these advisements in the 1990s when I started so much of my bodily damage - diet filled with the 150 ingredient Costco casseroles, 3 loafs of bread a week, alcohol and R/O water with no electrolytes, way too many antibiotics. And the following decade where I tried to address my problems, I was lead to Veganism (didn't work for me). **Just 1 of the ways I know he's correct - in 2007 - 10, I got a growing case of plaque psoriasis all over my arms and bodily skin problems (so itchy too). From 2011 to 2013 medical prescriptions did very little and had side affects. 2 years Vegan, it got worse. Turned to a diet of real and fresh foods, no antibiotics, no prescription creams, electrolytes in my water..., all symptoms retracted within 6 months. Got a new hot girlfriend who loved junk food, alcohol, parties and travel - all those symptoms came right back. Ditched the girl and went back to my health diet (and finally got some sleep)..., all those symptoms went away again - it was like the light-switch and me turning it on/off with y life choices and especially diet.

Isn’t it astounding how many autoimmune problems including allergies are ubiquitous now? The problem is simply the amount of chemical toxicity in our environment and the utter lack of nutrients in our food supply. Start with nutrient-dense regenerative grown foods that are higher in micronutrients in both quantity and variety. It takes 18 cups of broccoli to equal the nutrients that were found in 1 cup of that same broccoli at the turn of the 20th century. We are killing the microbes and insects in the soil and envrionment and those chemical residues are killing the microbes that make up the MAJORITY of our physical being. I believe THAT is the biggest reason for the rise in all disease, but especially autoimmune in the past 50 years. And I say that as someone with a family full of them, myself included.

I’m coming here to say thank you for making this content. I paid 10,000 dollars to do a deep dive course into basically this. The doctor walked me through every layer to get me better. It’s working. But this info needs to be standard care and available to everyone. People cannot afford … especially these days… to pay that! It’s a whole system thing - we have to take care of every part of the body. End of story. So I’m staying on track paying attention to each layer. Digestion is key, I’m rechecking vitamins throughout the year, I’m double checking my thyroid. I realized I was severely anemic - and it was totally from lack of absorption in my gut. I’m getting daily activity (just started again after onset of autoimmune attack).

Having an infection in your gut (I had 3), having celiac that damages the actual organ lining, damaging the stomach lining in general by eating poor diet. Eating things you don’t know you are allergic to (IGA response is low and slow and will damage the immune system and gut). Not absorbing because of lack of other nutrition. But in my case - u had H pylori, SIBO, staph and later strep infections of the gut. My hormones tanked, my thyroid started going up and down, couldn’t eat veggies etc. I’m 29 - and basically in the last 1.5 years I’ve conquered my fibro, arthritis, dysautonomia, POTS, and rebuilding my gut biome now … and trying to correct my hormones. My thyroid still moves but I believe the rest of my symptoms will take about 6-12 months to fully heal after everything my body just went through. It’s a climb not a sprint. I had to change everything about my life. Everything. I hope you get answers soon my friend and journey to better health quality.

@@andriaholbert5462my iron is finally coming up!!! I took iron for months with basically no movement! Finally - with vitamin c and correcting all other things it’s improving - Woop! We need doctors who will treat the body as a system and work from the bottom (simple things) up to gut testing. It cannot be done quickly - it will be done in chunks. It is imperative that autoimmuners forget all the things they think they know and start over from the base.

He's a chiropractor. He doesn't have a Masters in nutrition so he's not a qualified nutritionist.

@@andreawisner7358is that only way to become knowledgeable ? Short minded. Well my Dr's haven't clue and don't ask or investigate. They think in their taught small box, and choose to on pharma, allopathic system which has nothing to do with real nutrition, health or wellness. For many of us, thank him for giving us information, and important questions we did not know that may help bring back our healing bodies. Btw. Recent contact w nutritionists in hospital reflected same small box thinking, not body natural healer.

Your video sums it all up very well. Previously I was eating a lectin-free diet. And I found out later that Gluten is a subset of lectins. Avoiding this was great for reducing inflammation and pain for me before and after my shoulder surgery. This video is something I've been trying to research my whole life. Your video sums it up perfectly. Thank you for this I love your video 💛💜🧸

Same for me. Every time in my life where I had skin itching I ditched gluten and it disappeared. That was weird because Dermatologyst gluten reaction tested negative (no reaction). Every time I binge on bread I fall asleep and wake up 8-10 hours later with fever, throat ache, inflammation and water retention and once I woke up with covid and high fever. Other carbs also made my skin itch while eating gluten. The moment I ditch gluten I can tolerate other carbs better
