At 66 years, I started GF this past March. I’m on no medications of any sort. I lost 26 lbs from 215 pounds. I’ve had one right thyroid nodule since 2015. Got covid 2022 had a nuclear stress stress 2023. Every test of any sort is always negative. Yet I get out of bed like a Mack truck just hit me every morning. Trouble getting up from floor for over five years-weak from waist down. Iron is low nearly off chart, got Vit d up to 63 from 23 by taking 40,000iu every Sunday and 5,000iu each day. I can’t seem to store iron. Currently found three new masses on thyroid. Going to Endo soon. Since I lost the 25 GF pounds I get hot flashes usually after eating. I have had hot flashes since 54 years. Question: is my body rightly adjusting to GF and really is allowing my thyroid to finally function proper? I believe the masses came from covid and or radiation of nuclear test, since my hand held Geiger counter went off every time I entered the room where I placed it for two days after test. Masses new since that nuclear radiation test December 2023.

Every doctor appt with all of my doctors is always a disappointment in some way or another. Why I have taken charge of my health, but some things I don't have much control over like testing since I live in NYS. Please somehow find a way to get around whatever that stupid law is so I can order from you! Currently going through oxalate dumping in my urine per uranalysis and I know none of these doctors even know what that is or why it's happening (it's because of carnivore), consuming lots of citrate to help. Although I seemed to get an actual stone last night. 🙄

If you read the Real Anthony Fauci by RFK and even if you only believe 2 percent of that, you'll be floored by the conflict of interest in the big pharma industry. Fauci never sued RFK, (likely because he didn't want skeletons revealed) and stepped down from his role at NIH 4 months after the book came out ...

I would love to see one of your pdocasts on Sodium. I have an ileostomy which causes sodium wasting. I woke up with a blood pressure of 100/50 this morning, so hit the electrolytes first thing. (Low sodium which also drives dehydration is the culprit) Bp returned to normal after sodium rebalance. I would imagine there are a host of issues that salt imbalances can cause.

Interesting about the pH issue. I have an ileostomy due to an underlying neurological disease, and was told to test the output to determine what foods may be irritating my stoma. Textbooks say the pH coming out of the ileum is 2-7. Was thinking the problem was tomato juice. Wrong. Irritation was linked to a pH of 10! Have to think it was from an MgO supplement I took earlier. But also am seeing that even absent the MgO the pH rarely dips below 7. Is there another cause for alkaline gut other than gluten sensitivity? I never seemed to have any issues linked to wheat and when I was completely gluten free, I never noticed any digestive differences.

Thank you so much for this informative video. I really appreciate it! I just started taking NAC in hopes of reducing my non-alcoholic fatty liver. I do also need to lose weight. 😅 but I’m noticing an unexpected side effect in that I feel happier and more energized. I just had an amazing workout this morning after taking NAC. I’m definitely going to keep it up. 👍🏽 😊

Varicose Veins. I had them bad. Had the surgery to strip the veins. 10 years later they started coming back. I found a video, Dr. Joel Wallach talking about Aneurysms. In the video he says taking copper will reverse Varicose Veins. I bought some Copper Gluconate. Started taking 4 mg a day.2 mg in the morning 2 mg in the evening. Took around 6 months but my calf muscles which were really bad went back to normal. In the video he says use Chelated Copper.

I’ve been eating gluten free for the past few months. It has changed my life a lot. I’ve especially noticed that my hair doesn’t fall out in hand fills. I was diagnosed with IBS years ago and the attacks were so severe. I was almost scared to eat and drink . Then through a few attacks recently I’ve been diagnosed with being allergic to wheat, milk and oats. Since cutting these things out. I’ve not had one IBS Attack. Life’s been great . It was hard at first but it’s slowly getting easier. I highly recommend never eating gluten. Sugar was also making me sick. All these products I’ve been consuming over the past 45 years with so many health problems. Not one Dr until the Dr that I’m seeing now has ever informed me about food allergy blood tests. I’m so thankful.

Had severe strepthroat at 20 years old. Turned into IGA nephropathy which killed my kidneys. Had a kidney transplant at 29. I am now 33 but doctors have me on nothing but steriods and immunosuppression that makes me ill all the time. And prone to cancer. I'm so so sick of these pills! It's literal poison. I just want to stop taking them. But they tell me the IGA will come back. At this point I don't care! I will try anything than what they've been doing to me.

Did Peter mention Hard Water in previous lecture? That bathing or shower water that contains high minerals, moreover, high calcium that builds up on the scalp and hair, causing hair damage and loss I have just found with myself, for the past week, i have been using a magnesium spray on my scalp and hair everyday, and i can already tell a difference with the thickness of my hair. I have thinning on top, suspected caused by hard water, so i will post again in another couple of months to see if i have improved my hair with magnesium spray to combat calcium build up. I will also try to wash my hair in distilled water only when i can.

Never seen any falling hair, take most vitamins and supplements & trace minerals so don't think it is a deficiency, I use Dr Bronner shampoo (new) could that be the issue? @@inkght very interesting and i believe it. The body reacts to extreme changes trying to protect itself. Personally i believe in balanced diet. I like meat but i also like my vegetables and fruits. Will never do these extreme diets. It just makes no sense to me. In the history of mankind nobody ever just ate meat this is a novelty by these so called experts on these social media platforms. People who turn to carnivore stopped eating other junk food so yeah they will feel better, but it’s not because meat it’s because they stopped eating junk, so yeah the meat is better than junk food so they will feel better but it’s not sustainable to just eat meat for extended period of time. Some animals are carnivores but their digestive track is different from humans it’s way shorter and the meat passes through very quickly where humans digestive track is very long in comparison so the meat takes a long time to digest and for some it will sit in your gut longer where it can cause issues. Anybody who is not type O blood type, doesn’t digest meat well and probably should stay away from it for most part. I follow the blood type diet and it’s something people should look into because we are all different and can’t have the same diet and thrive.
@sherylburt786320 сағат бұрын
@@JCX-9I disagree with most of your comments. Meat is highly nutritious, and because it digests slowly, all the nutrients are extracted, and not pooped out.
