Where does one even start when it comes to talking about something like this?
As rockhounds we spend so much time hunting for something like this that would be a find of a lifetime, and to find it in your own backyard is something that dreams are made of.
It was just such a pleasure to be able to go out and dig opal of this quality and abundance.
Jenny now has an Etsy store that you can buy some of this material at!

Amazing, what a dream come true! How many of us would geek out over having opal in out back yard!? That's like winning the rock lottery! I have paid for opal that is precious and it did not look as good as that opal, it's stunning to say the least! I love all opal. It has so many different colors. I feel there is a bunch more in washington state. We used to live in Tacoma and I remember at 7 years old, that that Washington state was a very special place. Our back yard was the forest and its pretty great and will always have a special place in my heart. I hope Jenny has an etsy shop!!!

does this mineral spontaneously fracture ? it looks like the pieces have exploded underground. The freeze line is deeper than the roots will grow? Does the freeze/thaw cause the fracturing. @15:35, NICE !!! that little flash of green would have me shouting and giving my location away! Good job not showing background mountains...

Hi 👋 👋 👋 👋 Rock hounding Guy I to say I was very impressed with the Opal Rock out Eastern Washington that was good display of the Opal Rock. I was wondering if there is a place near me in Idaho that you might know of where I might get lucky and find some rocks like the ones you got a chance to see and hold. Or maybe another place in Eastern Washington where I could have a chance to dig up some of that same Rock. Anyway I'm going now thanks for the Teats. And keep on rocking Ray in Idaho 😎
