CURRY CHICKEN STEW RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
* 10 chicken thighs trimmed and cleaned.
* 2 tsp curry powder (1 tsp for marinade and 1 tsp for stew)
* 1 lime
* 6 shallots sliced thinly
* 6 leaves sage
* 1 tsp rosemary chopped
* 1/2 tsp thyme chopped
* 1 tbsp garlic paste
* 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp Crushed black pepper (1/2 for marinade & 1/2 for stew)
* 1 tsp salt, or to your taste
* 1 chicken bouillon cube
* 1 tbsp olive oil
REST OF INGREDIENTS FOR STEW:
* 1 tbsp ghee to sear chicken
* 2 large onions thinly sliced or chopped
* 1 cup white mushrooms (thinly sliced)
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
* Chopped red bell peppers for garnish (optional)

Started cooking my chicken today and had no plans of making a curry, for some reason I thought to myself, I wonder if Nanaba’s kitchen has a recipe for chicken curry so here I am Lol. Looks so, so tasty! I love chicken thighs and this is a great way to use them. Really like the little tips you give on your videos, like not adding in too much curry powder, something I'm guilty of! Do you have the recipe for that medley of vegetables you served the chicken with? They look so vibrant and fill of colour!

Those chicken thighs were marinated and seared to perfection 👌 You never disappoint with building flavours and yes I know that lime sure elevates the aroma of this Chicken curry. When I saw the chicken earlier served with the curry rice, I was like and the chicken 😀Thank God the recipe is here. Yes ohb💃💃we are almost at 300k.
