Chutney Pudi, a versatile recipe is popularly enjoyed with numerous South Indian breakfast and lunch meals. This curry leaves chutney pudi is an age-old recipe, that must be a staple in every house!
Ingredients:
1. Grated dry coconut - 1/2
2. Curry leaves - 2 full stalks
3. Chana & Urad dal - 50 gms
4. Salt, as per taste
5. Mustard seeds - 1tsp
6. Tamarind - 50 gms or less
7. Byadgi chillis - 50 gms
8. Hing - a pinch or two
