Out of curiosity, what metering mode/focus mode are you using? (wide, flexi spot etc.) Also curious to know if you keep your lens stabilization on or off for your panning shots?

Hey dude, great video. You might want to add a 200-600 or pick up a 1.4 tele for more future track stuff to get that little bit closer. How did you find panning with the evf? Ever been to a track with a dslr to compare panning optical vf verse evf? Thanks!

Were the panning shots really shot at f2.8? The lighting conditions looked pretty good. Wouldn't the image be overexposed at f2.8 and 1/50?

Yes they were, however as I mentioned in the video I was using a VND Filter. Which allowed me to use a slower shutter and shallow aperture number without the image becoming over exposed 😁⚡

Eyy legend thanks mate! No that's the mad and best part £25 for entrance and that's how close I could get, all the cars were behind the pitlane and you could just walk around these cars, Dont know what access you get with other racing event but still, it's great! 🤙

Your photography and editing are so on point. Absolutely incredible work. Do you normally use ND filters when taken photos at the track? I was shocked you use such a low shutter speed (1/50) ... is that because you were also recording video too or is that just your goto for panning shots?
