I decided to share with you the Academys P-40N Kittyhawk build in more than one video. Trying to be more detailed in my builds. In this video I build the Kittyhawks cockpit and engine cooler. Hi my friend, what sort of vacuum pump or ventilator do you use? I think to the spraying. I saw it in the background.

I have been wanting to build this model. I am glad I found this video. Subscribed so I can see the rest of the build and get pointers to build my own P-40N. I know what you mean about the decals. I have had fits with some Academy decals also. They can be very fragile.

The beginning of another terrific series.....great start, excellent cockpit details, painting and weathering. Part 2 will be something to look forward to.

The kit is actually the old Mauve molds from the mid 90's
