@@tianzi49 You obviously missed the holiday cookout party video they had for the athletes. This video only showed a single meal provided since the regular kitchen staff was off duty. They eat very well every day if you have seen previous videos about the cafeteria, they’ve always had excellent meal options and large portions. Coach Hart was just having a bit of fun with the rolls vs. cornbread comments, he was simply teasing the caterer that they brought in while the regular culinary staff was off.

You right. I went to college up North. We did a "culture around the world" feast for the African American club. Whole campus attended. I had duty of cooking the cornbread and sweet potato pies. Cornbread was being ate like cake. They had to cut in half. Come back and cut those in halves. And then one-halved them again. Still couldn't keep enough out to distribute. Pies went fast as well... Somebody said they should've also had me do the chicken.

I don't know how they do it in Colorado but in the South, we don't scrimp nor call one piece of chicken worth lining up for ... and that's real! Even KFC don't sell you a one-piece meal for regular peeps, let alone D1 players ... yeah I saw them go through the line once, and everyone was given one piece each, no matter who it was, big or small, hungry or otherwise ... them 18 and 19 year-olds are still growing, sir!

That being said, it's a training table. They can get what they want, however many times they want it & take stuff with them in this era.

@@johnhenry2903 my pops folk were sharecroppers in the South but one thing that they never did was turn away any person who showed up to the house hungry; it did not matter white, black, or whomever. I asked Granny why and her answer was it don't matter who they were, because they are all children of the 'King' and that nothing happens in a vacuum, and that they showed up on her porch for a reason, aka by divine design. She gave thanks for whatever she could muster up and just as Jesus fed 5,000+, we never went hungry ... instead, was more like eat all you want but no wasting allowed ... so maybe you lack faith, pilgrim!
