Incredible. To go all the way to Cusco and insist on eating foreign food. When I go to Cusco I eat Cuy and Pachamanca. Worse case scenario I can eat a burger from Bembos, but I expect a lot of potatoes, caldo de gallina, mote, etc. Andean food.

Which month did you visit and how was the weather ?

can you eat raw veggies and salads and ice in Peru or Cusco or only in nicer restaurants or chains. Don't want stomach issues. Thanks. Is street food or mkt food safe? I know reg rules (usually no raw veg/ice cubes unless made or washed with purified or distilled water) but not sure how careful i have to be.

I appreciate that you do food/restaurant reviews but you dont talk with your mouth full of food! So many vbloggers do that 🥴
