The video editing is getting better and better! The time-lapse shots with the music (not loud as hell like other channels, just right) and adjusting zoom-outs too during is a nice touch. The new drone shots are killer as well. Keep up the awesome work!

I like the homeowner's 'patch' on the sidewalk. Makes it VERY obvious the city needs to fix the sidewalk. That ought to get folks complaining to the city, and force the city's hand.

Came out awesome (as usual). I really like that the control joints are matching the garage's columns. Also the turn radius of the walkway came out such perfect. MASTER! 💪 👍

In NYC the property owner is responsible for repairing/replacing the sidewalk in front of their house/property. If you don't maintain it, you can be fined by the city and if you still don't repair it, the city will and then send you the bill.

Let's assume that the city does replace the sidewalk in the near future. Should the contractor replace/keep the foam between the sidewalk and the driveway?

Could you not pour a topping patch on the sunken sidewalk to eliminate the tripping hazard? Understanding the patch will not last that long but it's better than leaving a potential hazard?

The city is never going to replace that sidewalk...apparently in some counties the homeowners have to maintain the public sidewalk in front of their property. Gotta love taxes and the mismanagement from government not wanting to maintain public property and shifting the burden to us!!!
