Good old Greg loves tinkering 👍 Was planning on Saltex but will have to hang fire until next year now, got some big jobs come in that I can't move around.

Nice to see you back making videos. Not sure about the Hayters. Personally I am torn between the Stihl 21inch rear roller and the Toro Pro Stripe 560. All the best, looking forward to seeing more content.👍🏻

Yep I know what you mean, but hayters is the only thing that will work with my set up and the heights I want to cut at. But the prostripe does look good.

Hi just watched this video i have the Hayter 56 pro is this blade better than the Hayter blade. Could u send me the link for this oregon blade. Cheers Darrell

Hi, thanks for the video. Im in similar situation, I had the old hayter 56 pro and went to stihl and found it leaves the grass to long. I'm now looking to go back to hayter. Dose the new hayter (with the blade it comes with as standard) still cut to the same heights as the old hayter please?

No David, if the old Hayter you used no3 the new one you would need to be on 2 to be similar. With this mod though you can match it.

Hi great video. I’ve got the 2021 56 pro. As soon as I bought it I found the springs that hold the grass box down are very very poor. Whenever i bounce over a small bump all the leaves fly out!! I’ve had to use a bungee to hold down the cover. The place I bought it from denied there was a problem… not happy about that. Any issues with yours?

Thanks for watching Matt, no I've never had that problem with any of the Hayters I've owned over the years, If the dealer is not willing to replace or repair it, then I would look to replace the springs or maybe manipulate the box a little so it fits tighter to the mower. Good luck Dave

@@TheLawnGuy thanks Dave. Yes I’ll look at changing the springs begrudgingly I suppose. Great video though. Been using Hayters for over 20 years professionally, usually the rollers go after 18 months but so far ok on the 2021 is still good. Would you make a video on changing belts and all cables on these newer machines? They’d be very popular

@@mattavalon Still got the issue? Few people mentioned it straight away when they came out but of course Hayter didn't think there was an issue, but they are now working on a solution, finally...

Would you be able to get your hands on a Hayter cordless mower the 48 or 41, there next to know videos on these mowers, as I'm considering buying one, but like a proper review on one from a professional like yourself. Cheers.

What size washer did you use to put the high lift onto the 56? Ive bought the blade but lost the bag of washers 🤦‍♂️ cheers

buy another blade and use the washer for both blades.

Not sure oregon sell it strangly, There's a guy that sells them on ebay And Google MPS garden machinery in Surrey they stock and send them out through the post.
