Exactly! Like I said, I would very much prefer to use McFarlane parts when making McFarlane figures, just for my peace of mind, but in a pinch, some of the WWE bodies and sculpts can work rather well. Totally agree.

Thank you very much for saying so! And that's exactly what I'm afraid of, and why I have not done it so far. I think it would look awesome with the eye paint, I'm just very much worried I would go way overboard and he was just look like raccoon-man...

Hmm.... I would probably use the head that I used on the armored Dark Knight Returns custom I did. And then maybe that same triple h body I used for this Bruce Wayne here? So he has the black suit?

I didn't notice it at first either, and then once I did I thought it was a really nice detail and also really liked that it was completely removable and not part of the cape. it was a totally added bonus that it fits perfectly around the collar on the Arkham Knight Batman figure. Like perfectly without glue or trimming, I was so happy. Another DC custom coming tomorrow!

I'm actually thinking now that I have the Three Jokers Batman, that the same trick might work well for him. The cowl he is wearing would work well with the pulled-down cowl around the neck, and then the Bruce Wayne head instead of the cowled head..... Interesting....

Nope. I actually just did another one of these today. Good timing with the question. the piece has a tiny dab of glue right underneath the very front so right where it comes together underneath his chin. but it is all one piece other than that and it basically just sets around the collar on that figure. So all I did was get a mug with water in it and I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. After that I took them all out, and then I dunked the figure into it, upside down obviously, so his head and neck were in the water. I left him in for about 2 minutes which pretty much took care of the glue. And then all I had to do was just remove his head so I could get the towel off and it basically just peels right off. Still be careful in case the glue holds, as it is a thin piece and it is the softer vinyl material so it can rip if you are not careful. But in most cases it should just come right off pretty easily.

I may end up doing just that at some point. I'm not sure yet if I would try for the movie version though, or a comic book version. I will have to reevaluate what pieces are out there so far, and see what fits best.

Not a fan of charcoal... Not really a medium I'd want to use for an action figure. I'd want it to be permanent. Charcoal's specialty is rubbing off on everything, everywhere, always. 😂👍

Just a very very tiny amount from the very front where the curl would be. Basically just shaved it off so it went straight back instead. And then painted black over it because it's blue underneath the black hair paint, and trimming the front off exposed the blue. But still, a very minimal part off of the front of the hair just to make it not Superman's haircut.

I wouldn't think so. That set of figures is highly stylised in the Frank Miller look and style, even proportions. Jokers suit almost looks more like a zoot suit. Looks like something you'd go wear at the club or to go dancing not to go to work haha. At least for me the style doesn't work at all, but I guess it's an option out there now.

@@battletoys1645 hahaha! Slim Jim, 😂😂😂. That's actually not a bad idea. I would love a commissioner Gordon figure, and I may have enough different trench coats lying around now to be able to actually give him a trench coat look like he should have. At least in my mind he should have the trench coat. That's not a bad idea for the unmasked Thomas Wayne head. I had a few other ideas I could use it for because it really isn't a bad head sculpt at all, it just suffered from mediocre paint application and being at a neck that was too thick and deformed the jawline. I didn't have Gordon on my list, but I'm definitely adding him now. Worst case scenario, Hush should come with a trench coat I imagine....

I've considered it. I may give that a try one day. Would have to repaint the whole face though, too. That spray on "beard" is terrible, as are the tiny little eyes. I just always thought this one was very Bruce-like more than Superman or Clark. Plus the hair on Thomas Wayne is a little goofy, and the thickness of the neck on the figure itself always makes the characters head look huge and misshapen so I would have to see if I can reshape his head to the proper dimensions. Could be worth a shot.

..... Except that he already has.... So...... and either way, there are plenty of villains at least and probably even a few heroes I can't think of off the top of my head, who all wear suits as their outfit anyways. So there is still quite a wealth of characters out there to choose from.

@@MTB214 well none yet wearing a suit specifically, but I just meant not wearing their superhero suit. we've got drifter Bruce Wayne coming out and he is just a guy wearing a nasty jacket and nasty pants. It's like an action figure of a homeless guy. But still counts haha! I keep waiting for more suited characters because for the time being I keep having to go back to either All For One, or Fortnite figures.
