I was only looking for a quick informative “how to” video. With THIS video, my questions were answered, I learned some good tips, and I got some great inspiration, but I was also treated to a fantastic intro, great personality and camera presence, some laughs and was very entertained. Why are you tracing fake neon wire with the EL wire? How did you then form the fake neon wire? How did you plug all the EL wires in so they light up? Were they all connected to each other? You really didn't explain much how you did this.

Because of the nature of the wiring, it had to stick quickly to the surface, so I used super glue. Be careful if you plan on putting a sheet of glass or transparent plastic in front of the wiring: the super glue fumes might fog up parts of it permanently (happened to me)

YES. You can even splice (solder) different colors together. And you can slip off the plastic coating to get white or change for a different coating for an odd color. It is hard to do and breaks easily.
